FROM THE CITY MANAGER |

The
City Manager for the City of Parchment is Dennis G. Durham.
Dennis comes to the City of Parchment with a long history of
service in municipal government.
As City Manager, he is the Chief Administrative Officer of the
City. He is responsible to the City Commission for the execution
of all City ordinances, rules, resolutions and policies. The
City Manager is responsible for the preparation of the City's
annual budget and is also the main contact for the Downtown
Development Authority and other economic development issues.
The City Manager is also the designated Street Administrator
in charge of all monies received from the State of Michigan
for major and local streets in the City. |
