DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (DDA) The Parchment Downtown Development Authority was formed February 28, 1991 to promote the business community in the City of Parchment. This nine member board is composed of the Mayor of the City of Parchment, a member of the Planning Commission, a resident of the district, and six members of the business district. There is currently a vacancy on the DDA Board. If you are a business person in the DDA District and interested in serving on the Board, contact the City Clerk's Office at 349-3785.
